3 Year Workmanship Warranty
Our 3 Year Workmanship Warranty means if we didn't install something correctly, we'll come back to repair it.

If a part of your installation is defective due to installation error, our warranty covers that repair for up to 3 years. We do not cover repairs due to:

Normal household use wear and tear

Product misuse, abuse, or neglect on part of the owner
Stonewood Bath Cabinetry
Limited lifetime on drawer slides, door hinges, porcelain sinks, and stone tops. 1 year limited on wood products.
Sentrel Walls
Limited lifetime on products installed by Sentrel factory-trained dealers and not damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
Wilsonart Wetwalls
Limited lifetime under normal residential use and when installed by Wetwall Certified Platinum Installer.
American Standard
Limited lifetime and 10-15 years on bathing products. Ranging 1 year-limited lifetime on toilets, fittings, and faucets.
Moen
Limited lifetime for most faucets. 1 year for parts. Ranging 3-15 years for other products.
Tenzo
Limited lifetime on any leakage or manufacturing defect resulting from normal use by the user.

Most of our brands offer lifetime warranties on products found defective under normal use. Find information below on products and parts with specific warranties.Â

10 years on all acrylic products. 5 years on all glass enclosures and shower doors. 5 years on shower and tub accessories.
Kalia
Lifetime with parts or products found defective under normal home conditions of use and maintenance.
Fleurco
10 year limited warranty on shower doors, acrylic bases, and bathtubs. 5 year limited warranty on Luna mirrors, medicine cabinets, bathroom accessories, bases, and vanities.
